Boasting 3 levels including the attic and an additional large conservatory room on the side which is detachable. The first floor has 3 rooms: one with verandah and the other with the bay windows. One room also has a door which can access the conservatory room. The third room which is the conservatory room is huge. The top of the conservatory is an open verandah deck with white railings. The second floor also has 2 rooms: one with the balcony and the other featuring bay windows. The top level is a large attic and 2 dormer windows.
The house is easily accessible, opening four ways: the roof lifts open, the front of the conservatory room and the 2 sides of the front of the main house. All doors swing open. The house is 112cm x 72cm X 44cm.
