I wanted to purchase a snowboard as a surprise for my husband's birthday, but I knew nothing about snowboards. (We live in the West and there's not alot of snow around here.) Lucky for me, I discovered Mick at The Melbourne Snowboard Centre through browsing the net.
Mick helped me from start to finish, and no question was too trivial. He was patient and asked many questions to ensure he provided me with the right board, bindings and boots and then shipped them to me. I was so impressed with Mick's help, we've now bought 3 boards from him and all the snow gear that goes with the sport!
