How it works

Simply pay the initial service fee ($75 - entitling you to gift consultation, 1 hr shopping service and complimentary gift wrapping), we will then contact you, establish your needs, budget and timeframe then start shopping.  Please note that the inital service fee is non refundable once we've commenced the consultation process.  If your shopping takes more than an hour, after the first hour an hourly rate of $65 is charged by the hour, (we'll advise you if this is likely).  You'll be asked for a deposit for the amount of the goods via credit card.

The Consultation Process  - We will contact you at a time convenient to you.  Once we've established your requirements, we will provide you with confirmation of the order via your preferred method (email, fax or post) which you need to sign and return.  We will commence shopping only upon receipt of your order confirmation (this safeguards us both from miscommunication).   Delivery charges are additional, based on weight and will be discussed and noted in your confirmation.
